Shipping 

 

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders received will be processed by the following business day.  Orders placed are typically processed and shipped within 2~4 business days from the date that the order is placed.  

 

All items that we dispense under a prescription from a Health Care Professional, and if billed to a health insurance company, the coverage guidelines of the insurance company require all documentation must be current and on file prior to the release of an order.

 

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and local specialty carriers. Carriers are chosen based on their ability to deliver in the shortest time possible.  A tracking number is generated at the time of shipment to allow you to track your package through delivery.  In most all cases shipping times will be less than four business days from the date of shipment.
